    Hey lovlies! so i was one of the fortunate ones to receive a free boost protein to sample. i received the product just over a week ago and was trying it out daily. i had replaced my regular protein/whey powder with the boost protein powder. i must say i really liked it! i like the fact that it is unflavored so im able to mix it in many things and not just restricted to certain smoothies and drinks. below i will list the ingridients that i would add to my protein shake and highly recommend you ladies to try it out.

    Fruit smoothie ingredient:
    1 1/5 cup any kind of milk
    handful of mixed frozen berries
    1/4 of a fresf or frozen banana
    and 2-3 scoops of the boost protein powder

    I received a free tub of unflavored Boost Just Protein from ChickAdvisor in the past days. Today I made a banana-strawberry smoothie with 2 tablespoons of Boost Just Protein and it tasted just like normal, I was scared it would taste too much like whey protein powder, but this one doesn't taste anything at all! It also mixes well in any liquid I tried with so far (soy milk, milk, water, juice). It's a great addition to any recipe to add extra protein, and it's also low in calories given the amount of protein in a serving. Great product and I highly recommend it!

    I #gotitfree from ChickAdvisor and am so pleasantly surprised. For someone who eats a lot of protein and has tried many powders on the market, this is AMAZING. There is no nasty protein-y taste and it mixes so well. i have had it on its own with water, mixed into smoothies, put into a homemade protein bar, and mixed it with coconut milk and matcha for a morning matcha drink with low calories and high protein. I am ordering it again, in fact I just ordered 3 containers online because I do not want to run out.

    I think this is the best on the market!!! i use this after all my workouts .. i also put one scoop in my morning smoothies .. this is really a great way to get all your protein.. i am a vegetarian so i don't get a lot of protein from the traditional meat.. this has changed my life!!!.. No color.. 0 fat.. and 80 calories .. Awesome product

    This is such a great product. I have used it in smoothies and muffins and no one can tell. I am definitely repurchasing this product. I have a daughter who does not put a lot of protein in her diet so this is a great product for her. Two thumbs up

    J'ai eu la chance de recevoir ce produit par l'entremise du club des bancs d'essai de ChickAdvisor. J'étais bien contente, car ça m'a permis de découvrir un nouveau produit qui fera certainement partie de ma prochaine liste d'épicerie!!

    Les points forts de ce produit:
    1. Il se mélange bien sans laisser de grumeaux.
    2. Il renferme 18g de protéines/ 0g de lipides/ 1g de glucides par portions de 21g.
    3. Il est sans arôme artificiel, colorant, édulcorant ou sucre ajouté;
    4. Il est sans gluten.

    Essayez-le avec une banane, des ananas et du lait de coco ou d'amandes...vous aurez l'impression d'être à la plage, un piña colada à la mains (version santé...bien sûr) !!

    I was selected as one of Chickadvisors advocates to try Boost Just Protein. I had never heard of this product before and when I started reading reviews I was instantly drawn to the fact it only has TWO ingredients!

    I tried Boost Just Protein in my morning smoothie. First thing I noticed, it blended perfectly, no lumps. Score! The taste, well its unflavored so there isn't one, not grainy at all and no aftertaste. Score again! I love that you have the option of blending virtually any fruit/liquid in with your smoothie and the taste isn't distorted by a flavoured powder. I found Boost kept me feeling full and satisified. 18g of protein will do that to a person, haha! :) Back to the fact Boost only has TWO ingredients, that's a huge selling point for me personally. I love looking at an ingredient list and knowing exactly whats in the container, no surprises. 0g of sugar, 1g carbs, hello!! I felt really good about adding Boost to my smoothie and will continue to do so as I plan on purchasing another container. #gotitfree

    Je l'ai utilisé pendant 5 jours et je suis satisfaite car ça me nourrit bien. Je l ai essayé en shake, smooties et y m est meme arriver de soupoudrer ma salade avec! Vraiment sans sucre comme sur boîte l'indique juste des protéines! Ideal pour les diabetique comme moi. Merci ChickAdvisor de m'avoir permis de l'essayer.

    Boost Just Protein is a fantastic way I add extra protein as part of my daily routine adding to many recipes. My favourite way to add extra protein is in Oatmeal. Soak overnight in a crockpot Gluten-free oatmeal, Boost Just Protein, frozen fruit, mashed bananas, nuts and natural raw sugar, cinnamon, ground flaxseed. Top in the morning with almond milk. Another favourite of mine is adding Boost Just Protein to smoothies. I love adding Boost Just Protein to muffin mixes. Boost Just Protein provides 18g of Unflavoured Whey Protein Isolate per 3 scoops,(21g) no added sugar, flavour and colour. Only 80 calories per serving. Low Carb (1g). Whey Isolates have a higher percentage of pure protein and can be pure enough to virtually be lactose free, carbohydrate free, fat free and cholesterol free. Recipes made healthy providing amino acids for growth and development of muscle. Avoid muscle wasting by adding #BoostJustProtein into your daily meal and snack routine. #gotitfree

    I got this free from Chickadvisor to try and review, I love Boost products and this worked great as a meal replacement for me on my busy mornings when I didn't have time to stop for a big breakfast! Is taste good and provides great protein.
