If you are a fan of dark chocolate then you will love this. It is incredably smooth and delictable. It has a very rich flavour and a creamy texture. It is very rich so you dont need a giant bowl of it. A little pricy but it does go on sale from time to time.

I had purchased this at my local grocery store because it was on sale, not knowing that it was dark chocolate (i love milk chocolate but not dark). I tried it any ways. And I fell in love with it. It was not too bitter and not too sweet. It was perfect and very smooth. It is perfect on a hot summer day. I would definitely recommend it

I love Breyers Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream and I am not a crazy chocolate fan (really I'm not). The flavour is amazing. It has a dark chocolate flavour and is super smooth. The chocolate flavour is intense and you don't need a lot of ice cream to hit your chocolate limit or pay load. It is a definite treat and I have recommended this one to all of my friends. The one down side is that the chocolate colouring (?) of the ice cream really stains if you get it on you.

This is the only double churn flavor I like mainly because the texture is much more dense. The flavor is good, has a stronger chocolate flavor then your average ice cream. I did like this ice cream and would re-purchase it, it's definitely a good choice since Breyers goes on sale so often.

This dark chocolate ice cream is wonderful. It has just enough bitterness for the Dark Chocolate and is definitely not too sweet. It's a lovely decadent flavour and great for adults, though the kids will devour it too.
