Good for those on a diet

It's hard to find a "treat" that won't break a diet or pack on the pounds. Enter Breyers delights (vanilla bean). Because it's a lower calorie product, the texture of the ice cream is not as creamy as traditional ice cream. It is more icy and very hard when you first open it out of the freezer. You definitely need to let it thaw before you try and scoop any out. It does have the vanilla bean flavour, but it's not as smooth as traditional ice cream. Is it good for those watching calories, and protein? Of course. But to replace your typical ice cream with this - it probably won't happen. Good for a diet.
