Wore off within 1 hour

I got these eyeliners free to try and I was disappointed.
The colour, while pigmented did not last at all. The liner was worn off within one hour. I did try a second time using a shadow primer before application and the eyeliner still wore off.

I did love the fact it was retractable and it was easy to apply.

A nice beginner liner.
