I recently purchased this as requested by my 4 year old daughter. She has had flaky peeling lips from the dry winter weather and dislikes most lip balms because they are too "sticky" for her. First time she tried this Burt's Bees there were no complaints. She puts it on everyday without hassle and her lips are soft and hydrated again.
