Comfort Food Without Regret

Whenever I am looking for comfort food, the first dish I always crave is macaroni and cheese. The problem is that I always regret it after the fact because I inevitably feel bloated and sometimes even nauseous.

This protein+ pasta fixed that problem! I was able to make my usual mac and cheese recipe without feeling disgusting afterwards. My stomach was not upset at all. The best part is that it does not have that odd taste or texture that nutrition enhanced or even gluten free pastas often have.
