Perfect Protein Penne

Penne alla Vodka is go to recipe in our household for nights when we don't have a lot in the fridge. It comes together easily with items we have in the pantry - the only problem is that it is lacking in nutrition and protein so it is not always the most filling. This pasta solves that problem because it is packed with protein and also tastes great, leaving us fuller for longer. The texture also tastes just like traditional wheat pastas! Delicious with a bonus

Penne is one of our favourite styles of pasta to eat in our house. I really liked the texture and taste of this pasta. I love that it has so much protein and it's a plant protein. This pasta tastes just like normal pasta but with added protein is amazing. I served it to my parents who aren’t fans of “protein added” foods and believe they’re all hype and they couldn’t tell the difference/thought it was delicious! This will be a staple in my house!
