Good cleanser

When I first started using this cleanser it worked pretty well for keeping my skin clear. I feel like after time, your skin gets use to the product and it doesn't work as effectively. It also doesn't remove makeup. I would try this again and I do believe it would work effectively since it's been a while.

Very good for dry-super dry skin

Cetaphil is one of my emergency product for my skin. When I was still in Saudi, my skin suffered a lot from dryness because of humidity. And so I went to different kinds of derma and nothing helped me in what they prescribed. I ended up trying this Cetaphil product as suggested by another Filipina nurse I knew. And it did the work, summer or winter. :)

Good basic cleanser

It is very gentle and does the job for those who are just looking for a basic cleanser. Does not remove makeup very well. If you have dry or sensitive skin I would definitely recommend it.

Not the best

I got a small sample of this product and I was not a fan. This cleanser did not make my skin any better or worse in the time that I used it. Will not be buying again

Was very happy with it

I first used this product at my friends house. I wasn't expecting anything besides a regular cleanser but this actually worked great. I ended up buying my own bottle and was very impressed especially as I have sensitive skin and other regular cleansing products can dry out my skin. I now go back and forth when buying cleansers but this one is one of my go to's.

I always go back to this cleanser.

For years I have been using Cetaphil Cleanser, which was recommended by my dermatologist for my acne prone skin and oily skin. It has helped my skin tremendously, leaving it soft and smooth with a clean feeling. Its gel texture has no particular scent, and is gentle enough to use to remove eye makeup as well. If you are looking for a cleanser that cleans well the skin, and goes a long way, Cetaphil will do the trick.

Gentle enough for sunburn

Recommended by a friend, I bought the Cetaphil gentle cleanser the other day at Costco. The cleanser is multi-use, you can use it on baby skin or as a makeup remover. I am so impressed that it doesn't irritate my sunburn skin. Though, I think it may not be effective if you use it to remove heavy makeup.

I finally decided to give this cleanser a try and unfortunately, I am a bit disappointed. This cleanser is a gentle cleanser and is great for my sensitive skin, but it is not good at removing makeup. Yes, it's a good value but I ended up using twice as much cleanser than I usually do with other cleansers. Because of this, I only use this for my morning cleanse because I don't have any makeup on. I am also not a big fan of the consistency either - it's a bit to slime-y like.

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is so gentle that sometimes, i felt like i didn't clean my skin. You'll feel a difference after you wash your face but this product is not for my skin type.

I use this on my son who gets very bad eczema, i try to use this for his regular baths to help prevent the eczema from getting worse and it helps a lot! My doctor recommended i use it and im so thankful she did. it doesn't leave his skin dried out or irritated. I can also use it as a lotion when he does feel a little irritated. It seems a little pricey but totally worth it since it has helped us a lot
