Smooth and creamy

This was a pleasant surprise. The almond with the pistachio flavour works well. Still creamy and definitely full of flavour even the kids loved it! Definitely going to try this again.

Flavourful and Savoury

Thank you @chickadvisor and @chapmansicecream for the opportunity to give my honest opinion on this new premium ice cream. One of Chapman’s newest additions to their premium line of ice creams is the the flavour, Pistachio and Almonds.

The ice cream was easy to find at my local grocery store in the frozen dessert aisle. It came in a sizeable 2L tub. After taking it out of the freezer, I let it thaw for 2 minutes before attempting to scoop. Once I opened the lid, my eyes were drawn to the beautiful light green colour with bits of brown from the almonds. As I started scooping I immediately noticed the creamy texture of the ice cream. This gave it a nice balance of the sweet pistachio flavour with hints of almond crunchiness. This premium ice cream was made with 100% Canadian dairy and with all natural colours and flavours. Even though all natural flavours are part of the ingredient list, I did not see pistachio listed. I enjoyed my Pistachio and Almonds ice cream as an evening dessert on a warm spring evening. Every spoonful I had was very flavourful and savory. The taste of the pistachio was perfect for my liking. I also liked the texture the almonds created however I would have preferred if they were a bit larger in size.

Creamy and nutty

This ice cream is a nice balance of creamy and nutty. I was a little worried almond and pistachio would have a weird flavour profile but it worked really well!!

Delicious!

Pistachio is one of my favourite flavors so I was very excited to try this. Bottom line, it was everything I imagined. The ice cream is creamy but just right in terms of sweetness. It is complemented by crunchy almond bits. The best part is it is made with 100% Canadian dairy with natural color and flavor. I feel assured indulging myself with a treat knowing that it is real ice cream. I would like the almond to be a bit bigger pieces but that is a personal preference and does not affect how I like the ice cream. The tub is in 2L and is a good size for the retail price.

Every spoonful gives a nice nutty creamy treat that I can't have enough. I definitely recommend this for those who are fans of Pistachio ice cream.

Chapman's pistachio and almond ice cream

The Chapman's pistachio and almond ice cream was very tasty and not too sweet. It had a good amount of pistachio and almond pieces in it. I would definitely buy it again

My family LOVED it!!! The ice cream overall was amazing. It was very creamy, and there were a decent amount of almonds mixed in it. I do, however, feel that the taste of pistachio could be a little stronger as it should be the star of the ice cream. Family loved the combo of almonds and pistachios

My family loved the creamy texture, the great combo of pistachios and almonds. A bit crunch with the almonds. Would buy again considering family was going for seconds after the first try! I would recommend and happy it’s full of natural flavour!

Creamy nutty dessert

I was given this Chapman's premium Pistachio and almonds ice cream by chickadvisor in return for my honest opinion. My family loves ice cream and its a staple in our house. We always have 2-3 different flavors in the freezer as it goes by pretty fast. We love Chapman as a brand and have tried many different flavors however we tried the pistachio flavor for the first time. The texture is creamy but not too heavy and the pistachio flavor isn't very strong as its blended with the chunks of almonds in it. I was a bit skeptical if my kids would like it, as they are big chocolate and popsicle lovers, but to my surprise they enjoyed it as much as we did. We enjoyed the ice cream on a hot sunny afternoon sitting in our patio. It was the perfect day to explore this delectable new flavor. I would say kids who don't like to eat nuts might not like this flavor, just as my younger kid didn't like it too much due to the chunks of nuts in it.
