Chapman is my all-time favorite brand for ice cream and frozen yogurt. I get to try Vanilla, honey 🍯. This luxurious vanilla honey ice cream is made with pure vanilla beans infused with honey. The infused honey imparts carmel like taste. This flavor is very delicious and creamy. This ice cream is made of high-quality ingredients that create creaminess and richness.

Creamy, Balanced & Budget-Friendly

I really enjoyed trying the Vanilla Honey ice cream. The texture was perfectly creamy and smooth, and I appreciated that it wasn’t overly sweet - something I look for as a more health-conscious consumer. The subtle touch of honey adds a lovely natural flavour that sets it apart from typical vanilla options.

The price point is excellent - very affordable, especially for a product that’s made in Canada. That definitely makes it easy to keep in my freezer regularly.

If I could offer a suggestion, I’d love to see this flavour evolve with even fewer ingredients and more of that natural honey taste - perhaps reducing added sugar or syrup. Adding a bit of crunch, like walnuts or almonds, could also bring a fun twist in texture and elevate the overall experience.

Overall, it’s a delicious treat that feels a little more mindful - and I’m excited to see what future variations might bring!

This is super yummy - a classic vanilla bean flavour with a hint of honey. It’s like you dipped your spoon in honey then scooped some ice cream. I really like it. It’s light and refreshing. Only wish there was slightly more honey flavour.

My toddler will not eat honey, so now I am always looking for ways to add honey into his diet! And Chapmans made it easier and fun as honestly we love ice cream thats made with all natural ingredients.
