Charmin definitely makes the softest toilet paper. It's the best quality so it makes sense it is bit more pricey. When it goes on sale, this is the brand I normally go for.

I'll admit this is terrific feeling toilet paper, but I have tried it at 3 different houses and it plugs the toilet every time. We had so many problems with it clogging the toilet at our cabin we had to stop using it.

I really like this toilet paper. It's soft yet very strong and a little goes a long way. The only thing I don't like about it is the price. It's on the expensive side so I stock up when it goes on sale. Nothing compares to Charmin, its the best around.
