I purchased this in lightest blonde color, I applied the hairdye on my roots first (my roots are light brown) and then applied the brush throughout my hair, I think the concept of it is awesome! It just didnt work for me. I dont see any highlights in my hair and my roots are now yellow!!!! Im not happy at all with this product, as most hairdye will turn my roots blonde not yellow! Definetly will not be buying this product again

This product left me with an oozing scalp for almost 3 months. I did my test strand, turned out fine and when I coated the rest of my hair my head started to burn within 3 minutes. The dye worked well enough but it wasn't worth the pain it caused and the wet oozing that came after. Would NOT recommend, especially if you have any type of sensitivity to dyes (I usually do not but I do with this brand)

I didnt enjoy this hair dye, wanted to dye my hair fully black after having some red in it, I have naturally dark brown hair so wasnt shocking or anything for me, what was shocking was the amount of hair that would fall out and the amount of itching on my scalp for a month after. My hair luckily is very thick and I have lots of it, but I couldnt imagine what would happen if I had thin hair! The colour itself was fine, but I would never use it again because Id be scared Id go bald and need a wig instead of dye!

I am glad that someone finally came out with a product that isn't ammonia based. Having said that, I am bit disappointed in Perfect 10. I had to ditch the comb because it didn't do much other than get stuck in my hair, I have extremely long curly hair. The smell wasn't too bad, the color seemed a bit dry going on, and it rinsed out pretty well. I loved the color when my hair dried, but over the next couple of weeks it faded quicker than products that use ammonia. The color choices are a bit limited and it's more expensive than all the other hair dyes on the market (not including those you can get online ). I am undecided on whether or not I will use this again. It didn't dry out my hair and the color was deep and rich, but it faded so quickly I felt like I had to color my hair again in just a couple of weeks. This seems more like a semi permanent color than a permanent. If they can fix the fading problem, this would be the go-to hair color.

This product was disappointing. It ran and dripped everywhere. I have never experienced this with any other hair dye product. I will never purchase this again.

I was very dissapointed with this Hair Color....very expensive & it doesn't last half as along as the other brands (that are cheaper)

im sorry to say i really didnt like the out come!mine had a orangy tint to my hair like one would get with hard water,which i do not have. this hair colour didn;t work for me

I dont understand what was the big buzz about this product? I did buy it and it did work but so does tons of others.
I find the price expensive since others are way cheaper and work as well as perfect 10.

I didnt see where this product was up and beyond other, the smell was not to bad but this product was ok to me

I tried this product a few months ago. Other than the applicator being SOMEWHAT better than the usual, I can't say it did anything great for my hair compared to other hair colors. Yes, the smell was not harsh. Yes, my hair wasn't damaged after using it. Yes, they provide a good sized tube of conditioner in the box that lasts several uses and is actually quite good. But after hearing all the stuff about how spectacular this is and the constant hype, I have to wonder, were those people using the same product I did?? My husband still had to help me get it through my hair properly, and ohhhh, the big one, it did NOT take 10 minutes. More like 20 to 23. And the resulting color?? Not impressed. It looked the same as any cheaper, older brands I've used in the past. It certainly wasn't glossy, either. The day a color can actually make my hair glossy, I'll kiss the ground it was created upon.

Considering the price of this stuff (thank god I used a coupon), it isn't worth it. I saved the applicator for my next hair coloring with another cheaper product. I definitely won't be purchasing this again.
