If you want a moisturizer that is just right then it's the one to opt for. Started using it from the sample size but decided to buy the full size just the next day. I have a very sensitive skin but it never gave me any problem till now. I am on my third week already and it's just amazing. My skin is soft and radiant. I definitely recommend this one.

I was initially really excited to try Clarin's Hydra-Essentiel Silky Cream but I'm just not sold on it unfortunately.

Pro's
1. The cream went on smooth and thick, it does a great job at moisturizing and soaked into my skin quickly.
2. It left my skin supply and silky!
3. I applied the cream before bed on freshly washed skin, in the morning my skin felt great!

Con's
1. It has a potent fragrance that is a bit too strong for me to enjoy wearing on my face.
2. It stings the eyes! I applied it before foundation in the morning and upon blending the make-up in the eye area it definitely was stinging and causing my eyes to water. I could not find a warning on the box or in the insert stating to avoid the eye area.
3. Overall I have dry skin except that my forehead is oily because of my blunt bangs - this product under make-up made that area worse than my usual moisturizer after a 10 hour workday.

I was excited to try this cream out after reading all the positive reviews, but was left feeling unsatisfied. My skin didn't look or feel any different than it normally does after using other moisturizers/lotions.

However, it was a light formula that I felt good about applying to my skin. I will definitely use it, but would not buy it after I am done. I'm not sure if I would recommend it to others, but by everyone's reviews it looks like it worked better for them.

Of all the moisturizers i have used over the years this ! is spot on. It is my favorite of all time. Goes on so smooth and works all day. So light and airy, not greasy like alot of others i have tried over the years. Definitely my go to face cream.

I got this free for testing purposes. First off I liked the packaging and the bottle made it great to use all the facial cream. At first I really liked the texture, it was very smooth and silk like. Applying it to my face made it very smooth. After time I noticed that it didn't seem the cream was being absorbed in my skin but just sitting on top. When I applied makeup it made the application perfect, if it was a primer it would be amazing. But it's a face cream and after time I noticed that when my face felt dehydrated. I would not purchase this for a moisturizer.

I received this cream as a sample with the purchase of other products. I would classify my skin as normal, but I do go waves of dry skin during the cold winter months. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this cream. I usually try and stay away from "moisturizing" creams as they tend to leave a nice oily film on my skin. This however absorbs nicely into the skin, even if you are having a fairly normal skin day. It also absorbs quickly and doesn't leave behind a sticky feeling. It also did not break me out which is always a plus. I have heard great things about this brand and after this product I would like to dive more into other products by them. I wouldn't necessarily repurchase this one in particular, only because I don't need it and it didn't wow me. It was a nice hydrating cream and if you have dry skin I'd recommend it, but it didn't really change my skin game.

This product literally saved my skin this winter! Very light and fast-absorbed, gives my skin velvety and hydrating feeling after. I usually use it after clarins hydra- essentiel bi-serum - amazing combination! Highly recommend!

Super soothing, gentle, and effective moisturizer for those with sensitive dry skin! Provides very intense hydration without being too oily or heavy. Does not sit on the skin's surface like many other products with similar claims. Still highly recommend using this after a toner though, and it can be used as a night cream as well. I personally use this with the Hydraquench Intensive Serum and love it! Perfect option for those of us with dry skin who don't appreciate oil based creams. Beautiful texture and easy application makes for an ideal cream. I do recommend using a spatula or other plastic applicator for distribution though (much more sanitary than using your fingers and will keep your moisturizer free of impurities)... your skin will thank you!
