I have sensitive skin and I find this is gentle yet effective. It works well for the price and I have been using it for a while and will keep using it.
I had this given to me in a Christmas gift pack one year. Personally for the money there are much better cleansers out there and have never found that cream cleansers are all that great. As for this I found that it made my face look really red, I don't usually have this problem or sensitive skin. There are much better facial cleansers out there for a comparable or lesser cost.
I have used this facial cleanser off and on since I was in highschool (approx 10yrs ago). I love the tingle that it gives. It makes me feel like it's actually cleaning my face. It also helps to wake me up on those "hard to wake up" days.
I loved this product! At first when I started using it my skin would get an irritation, but that is only because it is very strong. After a few uses my skin was fine. This product makes your skin feel tingly and minty and very refreshed. This product cools your skin as you wash your face. The creamy density of the product made it fun to use.
Overall I believe this product lessened my chance of breaking out due to the thorough way it cleansed my pores. I would really recommend you buy this product! Out of all of my face washes (which is a lot) this one is my 100% favourite!
im using Clean & Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser for i guess 2 years
and have found it really good
keeps my skin clean and fresh
so im happy with it
also recommended to my sister and she loves it too
:D :D :D
Keeps my skin clear and soft. Wakes me up in the morning shower with it's refreshing tingle. My husband loves it, too. Don't get it in your eyes!
I am trying to find a new cleanser that does not leave me skin dry and flaky after use.
I have been using a medicated moisturizer by clean and clear and love the tingly feeling it gives my skin after applying. So i decided to try one of their cleansers.
Unfortunately I do not wash my face before I go to bed (I know I know....) so each morning I need to wash the remaining makeup and mascara off from the previous day. Like the moisturizer I have been using the cleanser also has a tingly effect when you apply to your skin which is very cooling and refreshing. The biggest downside for me was that this cleanser does not remove my mascara at all so when I get out of the shower I have streaming lines of black mascara down my face. So after showering and washing my face I then need to cleanse my mascara off (which essentially is just washing with another cleanser that does remove my mascara).
Overall for the simple fact that it does not remove mascara I would not purchase this product again. Facial cleasners for me need to be multi-functional and this one in NOT that.
I love Clean & Clear's line, but this product really didn't do much for me. Maybe it's because I'm not much a fan of cream cleansers. It didn't lather, which is something I like when it comes to cleansers, and it was a little harsh for my skin (I have normal, sometimes mildly sensitive skin). In order to use this, I needed to moisturize frequently. It may work for some, but this just wasn't my cup of tea.
I have extremely oily, acne-prone skin and this has helped me keep my skin clear and smooth. I've tried numerous other cleansers, but I keep coming back to this one. It removes makeup easily without damaging or ravaging skin, and rinses off easily. Great stuff!
PROS:
- Super refreshing tingle
- Rinses off dirt and makeup
- Feels like it cleans deep
- Rinses off easily
CONS:
- The smell can be a bit overpowering at times
- Can often be sold out in stores--very popular!
I got this to review from a magazine and have found that I really like it. At first I hated the smell. It has a typical "unscented" scent, but it works really well. It removes make up quite well and leaves your skin feeling really clean and almost tingly. I also like that it is not too drying and does not leave your face really tight feeling.
