They are about the same size as your normal gronola bar. But they taste 100 times better. But they say it is a builders bar, when it is just as un healthy.

Though not advertised as a protein bar you can still distinctly taste that "protein bar" flavour though much less displeasing than other brands I've tried. The chocolate chip and chocolate brownie are the best flavours I've tried and I continue to repurchase as I like to chuck these in my bag as a snack. Has a good crunch and chocolate so what more can you ask for.
