I have been using this since I was 13! I love that the face moisturizer doesn't feel sticky or heavy. The soap is mild and the Clarifying lotion just feels like it is working. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, effective skin care routine.

I am a big believer in amazing skin, I have tried everything for my dry, sensitive AND pimple prone skin, and nothing has done a better job at keeping my skin moisturized, breakout-free and no rashes from harsh product. I currently own the 3 step system along with the sonic cleansing brush and the acne cleansing gel spot treatment. Now, for future reference Clinique at first, will cause your skin to break out BUT this is because it is pulling all the dirt and impurities from under your skin.. after this clears up about a week or so.. your skin will be clean fresh and acne free!! Although quite expensive...very much worth it.

Purchased the Clinique 3 step for my sensitive skin and unfortunately had very poor results.

Just starting with the cleanser, my skin started to burn. I washed it away quickly and tried toning to relieve the the drying burn, which helped. The toner is lovely. Put the moisturizer on, and almost instantly had to remove it... My skin puffed up and red spots appeared...
Its too bad because it does work well for a lot of my clients, but I definitely do not recommend using it if you have sensitive skin. I do use similar lines, this one just wasn't the one for me!

Love these products! I have very sensitive skin that breaks out very easily. I've tried numerous creams and these creams do not make me break out. Numerous selections to mix and match.

The only facial regiment I have. I LOVE the 3-step program.

I have combination skin. Super dry (especially in the winter), with some oily patches around my hairline. These products keep my skin moist, not oily, without being harsh, or weighty. I take my time, and really enjoy doing the face-washing. I feel like I was at a spa every time I use it.

When I started using it (I was 22 with fine skin to begin with - no break-outs, or noticably blotchy patches), people NOTICED that my skin looked different. It FEELS good, and I always buy when Clinique is doing their free gift, to maximize the value.

Can't recommend enough.

It's been 5 months since I've been using the Clinique skin care system and I'm always going back to buy some more. It makes my skin soft and fresh it's hard for me not to use it twice a day with the results I'm seeing ! A definite buy and it's one of my beauty tricks I always have in my bathroom ready for use !

I have tried other face regimes and have found that this is the best. The price is a bit high, but I usually wait for there to be a good deal before stocking up. I'm busy and don't get to use it everyday but it still does a great job! My only tip is make sure you get the right skin combination for you. Everyone is different. If you get the one for dry skin and you have oily skin, you are not going to be happy. My sensitive skin loves this allergy-tested and fragrance free product line!

Love the soap and the lotion, but the toner dries out my skin a little too much.

At one point in my life, the Clinique 3-step was my go-to skincare, but it's just not enough any more and with Sephora moving into Canada, great skincare is so much more readily available. I still love the Clarifying Lotion (I use #2), but not the soap or Dramatically Different. The soap (I prefer the bar to the liquid) is fairly gentle for sensitive skin; it's not bad, but Philosophy's Purity Made Simple is better. I don't know if they changed the moisturizer formula or my skin changed, but it just doesn't work for me like it used to - even the "plus" one seems to be ok at first but by the end of the day I'm dry and itchy. There are better systems out there.
