CND Creative Play Nail Lacquer

I received this beautiful red nail polish for free from Chick Advisor, "crimson like it hot", is the sexy colour I received. I applied CND creative play nail lacquer after my base coat and found that even after one application the colour was bright red and very shiny glossy looking. i really enjoyed painting my nails and toes with this colour. i already used it for one of my christmas parties and received many compliments. Aside form the very strong chemical smell I had to inhale while applying i enjoyed this lacquer very much. Would probably buy the crimson like it hot again.

Love This Line But...

First off I really do adore this line of polishes however this colour was a a bit of a miss for me. Most polishes take about two coats to become opaque however this one needed 3-4 coats. I found that a bit much. However the colour is lovely once you get the consistency to where you want it. Thank you Chickadvisor for the opportunity to test this for free!

I absolutely love this dark shimmering shiny hot red colour. It lasted for a lot longer than I thought it would, I applied it to my nails and toe nails and I applied 2 coats as one was definetly not enough. I dont know that I would replace my current brand of nail polish for CND creative play but it was fun to sample. Chemicals are just too strong to use around my family as we use all natural products and mostly remedies we make ourselves.

Gd formula not the color

I liked the formula specialy for a glitter and chunk glitter nail polish but for a chunk glitter black color i ld like it to be more opake not having to put 2 layers... And for the removing prossess it was easier than any other brand ... I m on the love of the formula and a hate of the color

Disappointed

I received the CND creative play nail polish in Royalista and base coat, top coat to test for free. I am somewhat of a nail polish addict. I have lots of polishes in lots of different brands and price points. I must say I don't see why this polish is any different then my sally Hansen or sinful colours ones that are way cheaper. I have two other polishes in the same colour and when swatched side by side the CND one did not have any stand out qualities compared to the other ones. The application was fine, the brush was a bit small, and I have smaller nail beds, but I found that I had to use a few more strokes then normal to apply the polish because of the size of the brush. I used the full system, base, colour and top and after all that, it was the same as all my other ones. I don't see why you would spend more money on these. The thing that I was seriously disappointed with, was that the next day a few of my nails had already chipped, which has never happened to me. I don't know if it was the top coat or the polish it's self, but I was not happy. Sinful colours has polish for 1.99 and it lasts for almost a week before any chipping happens. Less then 24hrs is unacceptable to me. I will try the colour again with my regular top coat, which by the way is not some super expensive fancy one either, and it works amazing, to see if the top coat that came with it was the reason why it chipped so fast. Either way I will stick with my more reasonable polishes that give me at least a week of chip free wear.

CND CREATIVE PLAY NAIL LACQUER

I received this for review through ChickAdvisor, and was super skeptical about this polish, but mostly because I received a color that was not something I would have picked for myself. I tried it, and while I was surprised by the color, I found the opacity lacking. It took 3 coats to look even, and then once I applied the top coat it thinned out again. Sadly, this is not an item I would consider purchasing in the future.

CND CREATIVE PLAY NAIL LACQUER - NOCTURNE IT UP

This product was okay quality wise. The glitter didnt glide on smoothly as there was some bigger flects of gold in it that didnt come out at all or evenly which made it look sloppy. The pigment of black was ok not too sheer which was good. I dont know if id purchase again but it can hold you over till you get a high end brand of the same shade.

The colour was gorgeous and I will be Wearing it often I'm sure. Unfortunately, when I use the entire system, base coat, nail lacquer, and top coat, my colour started to chip after the second day. I don't know if this is a problem with the base, nail lacquer or top coat. Or maybe the whole 3 step system. It left me very disappointed that I couldn't show off my pretty Blue Nails.

There is nothing special about this nail polish. You have to apply a few coats to cover the nail, it chips within 24 hrs, and takes a LONG time to dry.

The colour was pretty though!!

Beautiful Colour, but doesn't last!

I received the CND Creative Play Nail Lacquer in Crimson Like It Hot for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product review club opportunity. The colour is a gorgeous sparkly red. Perfect for the upcoming holidays, Valentines Day, or just when you want to add some red sparkle to your life! Unfortunately, the nail polish did even last 2 days before it started to chip. I used the base coat, then 2 coats of the colour and finally the top coat as directed. I don't have the time in my schedule to repaint my nails every other day, so this product won't be recommended by me.
