Started using this to help my decay in my teeth. Love the taste and all but haven't seen any difference as of 3 weeks using it.

Colgate Enamel Health, Whitening, Clean Mint paste, 125 ml. Toothpaste is gritty. It needs more of a flavour as it tastes very chemically. I didn't think that it cleaned any better than any other toothpaste. I also don't think it's a good idea to use this twice a day everyday. It feels like it is really doing a rough job on my teeth like an sos scrubbing pad. Maybe a once a week or twice a week during times like Easter or Hallowe'en; with all that candy & chocolate.
