What I enjoy most about it is that it keeps my drink ice-cold. One day, I left it in the car during the hottest day ever in Calgary, and when I got back, the water was still cold. Hydration reminder!

I admit that I used to be the person who didn't drink enough water and loved soda, which always led to constipation, and now I'm trying to improve my lifestyle by making it a goal to cut or lessen my caffeine intake and drink at least 8 glasses of water every day (equivalent to a twice-filled tumbler) to stay hydrated. Thanks to this Contigo Streeterville 30oz tumbler that I always bring with me, it reminds me of my daily goal that whenever I see it, it attracts me to take a sip. I love that it keeps my water cold all day, which makes the vacuum insulation excellent. Did I mention that it is also leakproof if you use it without the straw?
