    • Learn the 9 exercises in this book and stick to this routine.
    • NO NEED TO LEARN ADDITIONAL EXERCISES – the more complicated your exercise routine is, the less likely you are to stick with it.
    • If you want to “get fancy” and add exercise, the internet has an overwhelming variety of resources - endless youtube videos and illustrated training articles.

    • High quality

    • No trip to the gym
    • Easy to use
    • Low risk of injury – exercises are simple and you select the resistance
    • You will see results in just a few weeks

    • Support a great company. I knew nothing about this company before purchasing these bands. The website is personal. They clearly want to reach out to their customers – you can email a question and provide feedback

    CONS:
    • None with regard to the quality of the equipment and the great e-book.
    • SELF CREATED ISSUES: The excuse: “I have bought so many exercise sets and they just sit around my house.” Stick to a basic training program and you will use them
