Cranium Board Game is great for family game night with tweens and older. The goal is to successfully complete activities in each of four sections to win (Creative Cat/Data Head/Word Worm/Star Performer). It is lots of fun and you can cut it short at anytime. I recommend this for some wholesome fun that does not require batteries ;)

Such a fun family game!! There is literally something for everyone.. clay "pictionary", trivia, charades, quick thinking, teamwork! Our family tends to get really loud playing this game--it just means we are having fun!!

This game is very popular for a reason! It's extremely fun to play, easy to pick up and learn and works for a broad range of ages. The activities are incredibly fun, not to mention creative. My personal favourite has to be 'draw with your eyes closed' or the 'puppeteer' game where you control another person. In a group of adults, so much of it becomes laced with dark humour and innuendo, despite the game itself being incredibly innocent.

Very suitable for playing with a mixed group of adults and children, or all adults as well. The only thing is I'd recommend playing it in a group who know each other at little, as some people can by shy to act or sing amongst people they know on a casual basis. If you're an introvert, you'll definitely have most fun playing this with close family or friends.

The 'clay' has a tendency to dry out over time and become unusable, but just buy a cheap pack of playdoh and use that instead. Great fun for the whole family!
