I use these at work occasionally when I get low blood sugar from not eating. As soon as my hands start shaking I take one and within 30 minutes the shaking stops. Easy to eat, taste it really good (I prefer the raspberry ones) and they really do work.

I am fairly new to the whole low blood sugar deal, but I find these Dex 4 sugar tablets to work very well. Not only do they work well but they taste very good, are affordable and come in a convenient carrying case and you can buy a big refillable size too. I love that they come in a variety of flavours, and find they work much faster then regular candy do.

for those of you who are either diabetic or hypoglycemic this is a product for you to have in your purse at all times, i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2 yrs ago and it has been a rollercoaster of a ride with trying different medications to get my levels right, but sometimes if you dont eat right or enough or if your medication changes your levels to fast they can drop and make you feel really ill what DEX 4 does is its a glucose tablet a little bigger than a quarter you take anywhere from 1-2 tablets when you know your levels are dropping and you cant get anything to eat right away and it helps to raise your glycemic level till you can get something proper into your system, the big bottle has 50 tablets in it and comes in different flavors, i prefer the grape it taste like a sweet tart candy, i dont reccommend the orange flavor as i find it has a soapy taste, these have been a lifesaver more than once and have prevented me from passing out or getting very ill.
