Thank you Chickadvisor for giving me the opportunity to review this product. I have to admit that I don't use hair treatment oil all that often. I have tried different brands in the past and felt that they either didn't make a difference or they made my hair feel greasy. But not with this one! I have to say that I am really impressed by this hair treatment oil. It actually made my hair feel softer but wasn't greasy. I really liked this product and will definitely be using it again in the future.

I think the Oil is great, if used correctly. You really need to be careful not to overuse, or your hair will end up looking like a greasy mess. I focus only on the ends, which is my "problem" area, as they tend to start looking dry. It's also great at taming flyaways, without weighing your hair down. I really like this product. It works great, smells amazing, and because I use so little daily, it will last!

I was skeptical that this would leave my hair without a greasy feel to it and was quite pleased I was wrong. As someone who frequently subjects my hair to bring dyed putting this product is amazing. Smells great too! Easy to put in my hair and use. Definitely counteracts the harsh treatment I put my hair through. Don't need a lot of the product for the benefits of using it. I have never loved how my hair feels so much!

I received this as part of Chick Advisor's Product Review Club. I quite like this oil. It comes in a pump, so it's easy to dispense and there's little risk of spilling it all over the counter. The smell is barely noticeable, which I like. I don't want my hair to smell like six different products. The instructions say to use it before blow drying, which I found odd since I usually use oils after blowdrying to tame the flyaways and any frizz. Perhaps it seals hair and acts as a barrier from the heat. I did find that I still had to use my usual oil after blow drying to tame flyaways, so using this oil beforehand didn't prevent that. Perhaps I'll try it after my blowdry and see how it holds up.

I have been using the Dove Daily Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner on a regular basis for 2 weeks, which I have found leaves my hair very soft and sleek. I have used this twice and although I found my hair feeling soft and sleek I'm not sure how much softer and sleeker it was compared to when I JUST used the shampoo and conditioner. What I AM sure of however is that it's fantastic for wet setting curls. I love doing vintage hair styling which more often than not involves wet setting pin curls over night. Taking the curls out and brushing them down in the morning often results in a fluffy mess but I found that when I set them with the oil in my hair they seemed more controlled and sleek when I took them out! An accidentally discovered bonus!

J'ai reçu ce produit gratuitement grâce à Chick advisor. Merci! Je l'adore! J'utilise le même produit depuis environ 20 ans mais maintenant je vais le changer pour le Dove pure care dry oil. J'ai des cheveux teint et grichoux et ils réagissent allègrement aux changements de température et à l'humidité. Avec ce produit mes cheveux sont protégés, doux et soyeux et restent beaux même pendant ma semaine dans le sud a 100% d'humidité. Je le recommande vivement!

Being the beginning of spring, this oil is exactly what my hair needs. It's the perfect balance of oil to give my hair they extra booster. I loved that it was an oil treatment that didn't leave my hair looking too greasy and unable to leave the house. I felt that the scent could have some improvement-it was something my grandmother would pick. In the end , I would purchase this oil to assist in my hair routine.

I have long, dry, damaged/constantly flat ironed hair. I was so excited to try this product because I haven't really tried any hair oils before. The shampoo and conditioner in this line have done wonderful things for my hair, unfortunately this product may be too effective.I made sure to follow the instructions, not get it near my roots but my hair felt kind of greasy. I even used less product but it still felt a bit oily when dry. Normally, I'd take care of the issue with some dry shampoo, but my hair was having none of it. It's a wonderful product, it just didn't work as well with me.

This oil is amazing, I used it before a shower & just smells awesome. It feels amazing and my hair feels wonderful. It smells very nice, not to strong or powerful but light & free. My hair is so happy to have this as am I. What a great product. Bit expensive but don't need much at a time. I liked it very much thanks

This dry oil really did nourish my hair, especially to help tame the flyaways, dryness and static charge occurring during winter. I use it after I shower, just rub some in my palms and onto the tips of my hair. Be careful not to use too much product and not close to your scalp, it can really weigh your hair down.
