I think that this is a pretty good hair oil and I do like what it did for my hair. I wasn't a huge fan of the feel of it on my fingers for some reason, and I do find the scent to be a little bit overwhelming, but I think it works very well and really soaked into my hair to give me some shine and a lot of softness. As affordable hair oils go, I definitely think this one is worth looking into, especially for dry, damaged hair like mine. I can't speak to coarser hair textures than my fine, straight hair, but on me this definitely did do a really good job.

I received the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil for free as part of the ChickAdvisor product review club opportunity. I love this product! The scent is wonderful and lasts for days, without being too overpowering. It nourished my dry ends and revived my hair. A little goes a long way, literally a dime size amount for my shoulder length hair is enough. It holds up to all its claims and is something I would purchase again, no matter the price. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to nourish their hair.

I think I expected more from the Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil. I had no issues working it through my hair or evenly spreading it out, I didn't like that my hands felt a bit greasy, but to be expected with an oil.
My hair was less frizzy and def easier to work with. However, for the value .. I'm not sure it made enough of a difference for me to become a frequent user.

i really like this macadamia oil from Dove it leaves my hair shinny and soft plus helps with frizz and tangles. I think i like this better than moroccan oil.

I love hair oils. My hair has really been through the ringer over the years from styling and coloring and hair oils put back what my hair has lost. I enjoyed the dove Macamadamia oil because it preformed really well. The smell was on point and you really do not need a huge amount to help soften the hair.

I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I’m not the biggest fan of oils in my hair but I have been incorporating them more and more. This lightly scented hair oil is lightweight and non-greasy. My hair is curly and frizzy and gets easily weighed down so I cannot add to much oils in my hair. This oil absorbs quickly in the hair making it shiny, silky and smooth. It also calms my frizzy hair.

A very good product for the price. I thought that the nourishing hair treatment worked very well. My hair seemed shinier and healthier in appearance and smelt good too. I thought it tamed some fly aways especially after blow drying my hair. Was not sticky or messy at all. A great product compared to those that are 5 times the price.

I've never used a hair treatment before, and I absolutely LOVED IT! I have very long hair, with some pretty damaged ends. The Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment really made my hair feel amazing without the flat/heavy feeling of putting too much product in it. I just put it in after a shower, and let my hair dry naturally, it looked amazing! I received this product to try through Chick Advisor's Product Review Club.

My hair is pretty dry so I love products like this and was so excited to try out this product. It's a good alternative to the Macadamia Oil treatment that was popular several years ago. This hydrated my hair and made it smell amazing. Totally recommend this.
