Hair product is very individual due to what you have done to your hair. I have sensitive skin so with hair products, I don't use anything to change it. This serum smells nice but to strong for me. As a Chinese Canadian with black hair, it makes my hair look oily which isn't what I need for my hair. So this product isn't a great one for Asian hair.

First thing I noticed near the top of the ingredients list was mineral oil - not a fan. Now I don't think it's as atrocious as some of the information out there, but as far as I know it's like saran wrap - doesnt infuse moisture cuz it cant penetrate, only acts as a barrier. So for that reason, I'm out!

I got this in the mail I used both the serum in oil shampoo and conditioner it smells good and dove products are one of the best in the world I do have the serum oil as a regular product now its works well whenever I straighten my hair I don't have to use anything else and last a bit longer

Aside from the amazing scent, I don't like this product. I have very thin hair and this product just makes it look very oily. Maybe if I used half a pump it would work, I will give it another chance but on 1st impression, Im not a fan...

Nice thick serum in oil for damaged hair.
Has a certain floral scent to it.
Stays on fingers but goes away after a couple of minutes.
Perfect for split ends use.

The bottle is only 50 ml and costs $8.99. This could get a little pricey depending on how often I would use this for my damaged hair. It immediately made my hair smell nice and soft. It contains silicon which is not an ingredient I want to see in my beauty products. #DoveHairSerum

Je viens de tester le dove huile sérum . Mes cheveux sont peut-être plus doux, mais je préfère le dove à l'huile de macadam. Mes cheveux sont plus doux et ont une plus belle allure avec l'huile de macadam. Le produit laisse les mains glissantes sensation désagréable.

The product smells great!
It it a very oily product that makes your hair feel soft but oily at the same time. If you put too much, you just look like you have oily hair.
