This is a great neutral eye shadow for evening looks. I do not get many opportunities to wear dark makeup but when I go out I use this Smoke color to create the perfect smokey eye. The shadow itself is fairly pigmented. Not quite as pigmented as the eye shadows from mac. But since I don't wear dramatic looks very often this eye shadow has lasted me quite a long time. It doesn't have shimmer to it though.
