This product is the best they've produced yet!

At first I didnt like the triangle shape but then after using it I LOVED IT. It gets the outer edges of my lips much nicer then the ball. The hibiscus peach smells amazing and it left my chapped lifts kissably smooth!

This is my new go-to lib palm!

What a refreshing change from traditional lip balms! This product is unique, it glides on smoothly and leaves only a THIN layer of product. It feels amazing! And despite how thin it is, it's very effective. It leaves my lips soft and supple and keeps them moisturized for a good length of time. And the scent/taste is heavenly - addictive, actually! It's reminiscent of candy but it's not too sweet, it's just right. This product is unique and innovative, it's a huge step up from EOS's other lip balms. I've enjoyed their other balms in the past though I've never been a fan of the encasing. Personally I prefer it to be in a tube like traditional "Chapsticks". The casing of this product is different than their traditional ball-style. Between the shape and colour it is more visually appealing but that comes at the expense of functionality: it's missing the have a flat area (where you put your thumb) that's present on the ball-style EOS balms. This casing has nothing on it - it's uniformly smooth and rounded so there's nothing to grasp and it's harder to open/close. I personally find it to be a bit big as well. But although it's cumbersomeness aggravates me, the product itself is so good it's worthy of putting up with it. Although effective I never realized how thick and waxy traditional balms were. Runny glosses feel better but aren't effective. This product is a happy medium. It just needs its casing modified.

Total miss! Stick with the original.

I'm a huge and long-time EOS fan. I have one (ok, maybe two or three) in every location in my house, at my desk, in my car, you name it. I like the feeling of the regular EOS...it feels like it's doing something. This version I felt like I had to apply way more than I needed to because you don't feel it. But it's got this weird sticky feeling. It's a shame because it looks beautiful and the ingredient list is promising. But it just didn't get the results I get with the regular formula.

je suis déçue

J'avais hâte d'essayer mon nouveau produit Eos. Le format est génial et la couleur très invitante. Toutefois, je ne l'ai pas trouvé efficace du tout. Mes lèvres sont toujours sèches et même si j'en appliquais plusieurs fois par jour, il ne rendait pas mes lèvres plus douces. Malgré le look très design du produit, je ne l'achèterai pas.

Fantastique, ce baume!

Premièrement, j'ai été charmée par l'emballage (la coquille) du baume. Je le trouve plus chic, plus classe que les contenants ronds habituels. Il ressemble a un bijou! Le parfum est intéressant, ni trop prononcé, ni trop fade. Ce baume s'applique tout en douceur sur les lèvres. Ce que j'aime, c'est qu'il ne laisse pas de film collant. Aussi, j'ai trouvé qu'il rendait mes lèvres légèrement brillantes. J'ai adoré!

This girls new best friend!

I have always bought eos but I had no idea what to expect with the free sample of the new 'Crystal' eos. I can't believe how smooth my lips have been, with only a few uses! It doesn't leave your lips feeling greasy after you use it, the scent isn't overbearing and it leaves your lips incredible soft and moisturized. I will definitely be switching to the new Crystal eos over the original!

Can't get enough!

I received this product free of charge for my honest opinion. Thanks ChickAdvisor and eosCanada! I was really excited to be chosen as I have always been a big fan of eos products. I was not disappointed. First, it smells lovely! Second, it goes on light (almost too light as I felt I needed to put more and more on) but this is not the case. I quickly learned it lasts and goes a long way. I really like that it is made of natural oils and feels that way on your lips. It was not thick or oily like some lip balms can be (yes, even eos) I love the design of the packaging and the crystal clear balm! Great product! I will be buying again.

Different than other lip balm, yet very effective!

Baume à lèvre très agréable à appliquer et à porter. L'odeur est agréable sans être trop forte. La sensation est très différente des autres baumes à lèvres existants: ce n'est pas crémeux ni cireux, tout en étant très hydratant et protecteur pour les lèvres.

Le nouveau produit eos Crystal est tout simplement génial! Il est doux et laisse les lèvres soyeuses et non grasses. Il sent divinement bon et a un format qui permet de le trainer partout.

The perfect natural product to hydrate lips without a million unnecessary chemicals

As soon as I saw this product I thought it was so neat. The fact that it is called crystal and looks like an actual crystal drew me in! I love that it is all natural and wax-free, with the added bonus that it is not tested on animals. I received the scent hisbiscus peach which is a very subtle-sweet scent. It doesn't linger too long after applying. When I first applied the balm I compared it with my other eos lip balms and I found it a bit more "dry" of a formula, if that makes sense. I felt I had to apply several coats to my lips before I felt they were fully hydrated. The good thing is that you will never run out because there is a lot of product! It is easy to take with you on the go because of its shape, it won't get lost in the abyss of your bag like smaller lip balms do. Undecided whether I'll purchase this product because I feel like I need to keep reapplying to stay hydrated, but I really love how it is all natural without a bunch of chemicals that you can't pronounce. I feel confident using this product on my son because of that. #gotitfree
