Tasty, but hard to find a use for

I really love this company and what they have accomplished. I received some of this as a gift and I'm really not sure what else to do with it. I used it as a sugar topper on some raspberry scones, and that was tasty, and I've tried it as a dip, but it wasn't my favourite. I have yet to find a really great regular use for it, so I'm unlikely to ever get it again.

I have had this for many years I'm not sure if its still available to purchase but its is the perfect ingredient for adding that tangy lemony flavor. Its great in a yogurt dip. I love it in sugar cookies and it tastes great in whipped cream. I love it
