This protein bar is 230 calories. You can purchase it at Rexall for $4.49. I got it for $2 off so I decided to try it. When you open the package there is a rich and decadent brownie flavor. This bar has 10% calcium and 48% fibre. The sides and bottom are coated with a thick layer of semi-sweet chocolate. The top of the bar is drizzled with chocolate and a decent amount of chopped nuts. The bar is very dense, chewy and thick. There is a strong cocoa and chocolate flavor to this bar. The more you eat the bar the more rich and chocolaty it gets. I found this bar got better to me the more I ate it. The rich chocolate flavor came out in a more sweet and prominent way. The bar is not very sweet. I would buy this again if it were on sale. The chocolate flavor is prominent and it’s great if you are craving chocolate. The chocolate coating on the bar is high-quality.
