Yes, to an extent!

I got this product as a gift for Christmas and I have been using it every now and then. I like the consistency and texture it has on my lips. However, I also feel that using the product makes me want to keep reapplying because of the dry feeling that creeps up over time. If you accidentally lick your lips, don't fret because it does taste good! :)
