Another slam dunk by Fresh in the lip department. They're relatively new Sugar Lip Shine Treatments are beautiful glosses in an array of colours that don't stick and really hydrate the lips while adding a pop of beautiful colour and shine. They're just as pigmented as their balm counterparts and feel so lovely on the lips. They still have that sweet taste, as well. The only thing that I would say is not good is that, unlike their balm counterparts, they do not have SPF. But for everything else they bring, we can live with that.
