So Gain smells wonderful as we all know, but the fragrances are so strong, that it gives my entire family asthma attacks and skin allergies. Anyone with sensitive skin and/or breathing should take caution when buying.

I received a sample of these "scent boosters" and decided to put them to the test when washing my boyfriend's bed sheets. Did the product make the sheets smell nice? Yes. Would I ever go out of my way to buy these scent boosters? No. Let me explain...The scent I was given to sample was called "moonlight breeze" and it was pleasant enough. However, I have never had my clothes or linens smell bad after washing them even without the use of a "scent booster," so I can't justify spending money on a product that I don't particularly need. The sheets did smell great, but not much better than they would have with just the use of laundry detergent. In addition, the scent had faded by the next day, although we did leave the bedroom window open, so perhaps that caused the scent to fade faster than usual. To summarize, the product itself is not a bad product, I just don't see the need for it.
