I was so excited to be chosen as one of the reviewers from the Product Review Club for this product! I was a little apprehensive to colour my hair even though I do have a few greys. I'm so glad I tried Garnier Nutrisse as it turned out better than I could of hoped. The colour was exactly what I was hoping for and the process was fairly easy. I will continue to use this product and will refer it to my friends as my hair looks healthier than before I coloured it. Thanks ChickAdvisor for another great product!

I was lucky enough to have a chance to try out the Garnier Nutriise cream hair colour , shampoo, conditioner and colour shield. I have been colouring my hair for years and I do have a lot of grey in it . My goal is always to have a natural looking hair colour somewhere in the range of what mine used to be. I got the chocolate caramel and it was an excellent match for me colour-wise. The colouring instructions were clear and straight forward. As far as caring for my coloured hair...I do try to use colour preserving shampoos and conditioners, usually what's on sale. Often I just use whatevers in the shower. So I have had problems with frizz and fading colour. I had kind of thought that goes with the territory of home hair colouring. I was really, really impressed with this colour care system..WoW ! I'm not sure if the colour shield is the "magic" ingredient or the whole system working together...but all I know is my hair looks and feels great. The colour still looks fresh after many shampoos and my hair looks and feels soft and shiny. Even before I got my hair trimmed (lots of split ends) I would work some of the colour shield into my hair in the mornings and it would completely tame the frizz. I will absolutely buy these products again. And I'm already spreading the word amongst friends and family.

I was chosen to try the Garnier Nutrisse Cream hair Colour and the Garnier colorshield shampoo, conditioner and color sealer products. Let me start off by saying that I had some reservations about the products. The big thing was that they were enriched with avacado oil and fruit oils and my first thought was yeah like my hair needs more oil. Then my second reservation was the color shield products... my thinking on this was here is another way to get me to spend money on your shampoo and other products by telling me its going to make my color last longer and look better.... my thought was a shampoo is a shampoo and my color will last about 3 weeks no matter what. Right about now I am thinking I should be on that Jeff Foxworthy show... HI, I am Rainy ...and I am NOT smarter than a fifth grader,(lol). So I used the hair color and I found it to be wonderful, great coverage, pleasant smell, it looked beautiful I was impressed with my color and it was surprisingly soft and shiny. I used this with my regular shampoo and conditioner and by the third week my grey was showing a bit in the temple area and on my part... but still looked good and was shiny. So then the next application I used it with the color shield products. You couldnt get more skeptical than me.... I kept looking for reasons and ways that it wasnt working, but I have to say I was WRONG. My hair looks fantastic, it is shiny, managable,smells beautiful, I really like the conditioner and shampoo...but that colorshield stuff...it works I cant believe it but it works better than my regular shampoo and conditioner. My color has NOT faded it looks like it did when I first colored it, no signs of grey anywhere and I have looked and had my friends look but all they see is beautiful color and shine. I have to say I am impressed!!! I will definately buy this hair color and the color shield products from now on... I love the compliments I am getting. This hair color is fantastic! I've used more expensive brands and not been as happy as I am with this product. I chose the "butternut" color because it's close to my natural color. I've had a few hair color disasters but Garnier Nutrisse Cream is excellent Colorwise, it's the most natural color I've used for awhile.
So far my grays are covered. I have really hard to cover grays. It looks like there are highlights in my hair without having to do any other color treatment to it…. It’s now a couple of weeks in and I’m still not noticing much gray. Just a few strands-normally by now the gray is really noticeable. So I’m very pleased with this product.
I really like the shampoo and conditioner. Rich lather and my hair feels really soft. I noticed a huge difference after I used the Color Shield products. My hair was softer and shiny. I’m really pleased with all of the Hair Color/Color Shield products. I had some concern initially, as far as trueness of color etc. but not now.
My hair looks and feels healthy. I will most definitely recommend these products to everybody. I will also buy them again. I hope the hair color I like-Butternut-is going to be available where I shop.

I thought this dye was great! I've tried many different dyes in the past and this one would definitely rate at the top of my list. I can't stand it when a dye smells really strong and makes my eyes water-- but the Garnier Nutrisse Cream smelled lovely and didn't irritate my senses. Therefore, I couldn't care less if it takes a little longer then some of those '10-minute' products out there. I also found it to be quite thick and it didn't drip at all. I had a towel around my neck and watched tv and the time flew by. The results were amazing. I couldn't keep my hands out of my hair. The colour and coverage were spectacular. I really love the conditioner that came with the dye and think this should be sold separately. I went out on the weekend and in one night I got 3 compliments on my hair-- that has never happened to me before. I would definitely recommend this product and I will use it again.

I thought I couldn’t find anything better than my 10-minute product but I tried this hair colour anyhow just to see how well it covers gray hair and I was absolutely delighted with the results. It was easy to mix, had a pleasant scent and went on smoothly. Even though I had to leave it on for 25 minutes, I kept myself busy doing other stuff. Thank goodness the little accidental drip around my hairline wiped off perfectly without any telltale shadows. After rinsing and conditioning, I found that my gray hair was well taken care of. My hair stayed soft and shiny and didn’t take on that dry, brittle feel that some products cause. I found that the colour lasted well during the four weeks while using my own shampoo and conditioner. It was even better when I re-coloured my hair and used the Color Shield Shampoo, Conditioner, and Instant Color Sealer products. The colour is still going strong and the grays haven’t crept in yet. I’m happy! It’s definitely the best approach to go with colour protecting shampoo and conditioner after investing the time and money for hair colour. I’d buy this hair colour cream again – 535 Chocolate Caramel…it looks great if I do say so myself!

I received the color licorice and the color is just amazing. family and friends all says its the best color i have tried so far.
My hair is vibrant and healthy. It also covered the gray i had.

I was very lucky to be chosen for this great product. I receive the Dark Mahogany Brown # 45 and my hair come out looking beautiful and soft. I was very impress about how precise the color was from the box and it covered my hair without missing any spots.
My hair still looks the same as the day i colored them. I really do love this color alot!!!

Thanks Chickadvisor for selecting me to test out this product. After colouring my hair I was impressed with the results, the colour Liquorice #10 made my hair feel smooth and a lot less frizzy, plus it touched up all my greys. This colour shade is very closely matched to my natural hair colour so it looks pretty natural. Its been a few weeks now since I dyed it and and the colour hasn't yet faded, hopefully it won't anytime soon, I love the colour so much. When applying the product on it was pretty easy to use. But I found that just one box wasn't enough for me since my hair is super long.
