This protein bar contains 230 calories, 15 grams of protein, and 7 grams of fibre. It is quite moist with plenty of tiny chocolate chips on the top of the bar, which definitely enhances the taste of this protein bar.

I wish that it had chunks of peanuts throughout the bar and more of a prominent peanut taste. Those two improvements would be something that would certainly please me!

I tried the peanut butter chocolate one and it was a good mix of both. It satisfies the hunger and has a great tasting flavor, It was a nice chewy bar.
