This is the best liquid lip on the market in my opinion. It's super pigmented, lightweight, long lasting but is NOT DRYING!!! The applicator is perfect for precise application as well. I have shade 400 and absolutely love it. It's a bit on the pricier side but I would definitely recommend it to others if you are willing to purchase a little splurge item.
