Glute Guard does not work at all very hard!

Glute Guard didn't help that much at all, I still had all the issues that I normally would of without taking glute Guard. My symptoms were lessened but still prevalently there and aware quite disappointing for the hope and dream i though this product would help and elevate but so much of a disappointing letdown but who knows it might just fire for you so please go out and try it out you really need to!

Didn't seem to make a difference

Tried this a few times and wasn't able to determine if it was effective. My tummy still felt upset as if I had encountered gluten. I tried it when I went to a restaurant where there may be contamination, unable to determine if the discomfort was from gluten or another reason.

Great Idea, But...

I was hopeful with these. But when I used them and ended up beings glutened, I found that they didn’t do anything at all for me. If you are Celiac, don't bother with these as you will not be protected from your autoimmune reaction. I would not recommend to anyone who deals with serious reactions to accidental glutenings. It's too bad really, but for now it's a thumbs down

Did not help

I took this prior to eating at a restaurant that I know is iffy with cross contamination and it did not seem to help with the symptoms that I experience typically.

save your money

was hopeful with these. But I used them when I knew for sure I was glutened and they didn’t really do much for me. I would say if you are celiac or very sensitive then don’t bother. Save your money. I find charcoal capsules are more effective.

Not very effective

I took this product as per instructions and felt it didn’t help me much. Day 1-2 I felt ease in my stomach but after same issues started. I know it’s not a free pass to consume gluten non stop but I only had 1 slice of bread each time with this and yet had side effects.

Great idea not sure it works

I started this free product trial with high expectations that GluteGuard could help with cross contamination issues when eating out. However I’m not convinced it actually helped.
It is very convenient to take with you and quickly take one before eating. Easy to swallow too as it’s not too big.
I used this in a high cross contamination situation. I had the same item in the same chain each time. For clarification the item ordered is Gluten Free but not marked as such due to its preparation with shared surfaces and utensils.
I still had bloating later in the day and severe exhaustion. The following day I still had bowel issues. This to me suggests that GluteGuard did not work for me.
Now everyone is different so maybe it will help you but for this Celiac I didn’t help.

It was good and easy to take but not might effective to me.
It has good quality and package. I would like to buy few more packs to try. It might need more time.

Didn't have any effect on my specific concerns

One of my symptoms is fatigue related to the reaction of gluten in my body. I did not find it did anything for that. With that said I also didn't find any harm in taking it so if you are looking to try something, I would say give it a try because worse case it does nothing for you. Maybe it will help reduce your symptoms.

Glutegard est un produit qui peut aider à la digestion du gluten pour les personnes avec sensibilité au gluten. Pour les personnes souffrant de maladies cœliaques peut être il peut diminuer les symptômes reliés à la consommation accidentelle de gluten, mais n’empêche en aucun cas la réaction du système immunitaire lors de l’ingestion. Donc est ce que ça fonctionne? Bonne question… tout dépend de la quantité de gluten ingérée, de la réactivité de chaque personne et j’avoue que ça peut devenir dispendieux sur un long terme d’utiliser le produit , étant donné qu’on doit le prendre environ 15 minutes avant un repas qui pourrait être problématique. Donc pour moi, je peux pas me prononcer à savoir si le produit m’a réellement aider.
