I think it worked gave a bit of peace of mind

I received this product to try for free I don’t really know if it did anything but it gave me peace of mind when eating take out I was less stressed when I didn’t have another choice I possibly would purchase it again just don’t know if it just gave me a placebo effect

Glute guard

The product made my stomach really sore. I didn’t like especially the next day as it never allowed me to use the bathrooms. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else because it didn’t work for me.

Didn't work

I tried GluteGuard and honestly it didn’t do much for me. I didn’t feel as full after eating, but the abdominal bloating still happened and the constipation too. Maybe it depends on how sensitive you are to gluten, but for me, it honestly didn’t work I was expected.

Not sure what it does

I've taken the pills before pizza and bread consumption and I'm not sure what effect it has. I can't tell if it helps or not or if its just the routine gluten reactions. The pill is on the larger side so anyone with issues swallowing pills might have a problem with these.

No Difference

This product didn’t really make a difference for me. I found that I still had some discomfort after enjoying some delicious gluten snacks. This maybe more beneficial for accidental exposure to help curb some of the gluten symptoms.

Decent enough product

I was given this as a sample from Butterly. The product works well enough and does what it says it does, but I have a latex allergy, and this product contains latex, which I found unusual. However, as I mentioned, it works; you just have to be mindful of the ingredients.

Was hoping for better effectiveness

Was hoping this would be more effective but still experienced symptoms after being accidentally goutened. Possibly effective but had one time where symptoms were present and was in a lot of pain.

Nice to have for piece of mind

I am a Celiac so any gluten ingestion is a bad idea for me but, that said, taking this product during the Thanksgiving season and while traveling to the family cottage did allow me to relax about eating at those friend's and family's homes who are not following a strict gluten free diet and also ingesting "gluten friendly" dishes at restaurants while on the road. I am fairly certain that I did not ingest any gluten during the period that I was trying out this product as I had no symptoms at all but it is nice to have the piece of mind of knowing that if I had my symptoms would likely have been reduced. It was an easy product to swallow and taking it shortly before a meal is very simple to manage.

Works good for mild gluten intolerance! Id imagine for people with more serious gluten intolerance it wouldn’t help too much but potentially take the edge off
