GluteGuard helped me to feel safe when eating food and I wasn’t worried about how my body would feel afterwards. This product is great and i’d definitely recommend it to someone looking into a new option. Love it!!

Effective depending on several conditions

I received this product and was reluctant honestly to try it. It is taking quite the chance to "hope" something you have never used will work to avoid the effects of having gluten. I tried the first time with a minimal amount of something I knew contained gluten to test and it seemed to avoid any issues. I did try to take it a couple more times with items that I was not sure about the gluten content and the results also varied. I would take it if I was unsure if there may be gluten in something (potluck, holidays, events), as well as cross contamination. Many people that make "gluten free" items also chance there may be gluten in ingredients.
Overall, it did help with feeling more assured when taking with things I was not quite sure about.

I’ve never taken a medication to help with my symptoms of gluten consumption before. Gluteguard was extremely effective in helping minimize and symptoms I had if I ingested gluten. It was easy to take and carry around with me. I’d highly recommend this product.

Peace of mind

As a person who likes to eat out a fair amount, having this on hand is the biggest peace of mind that I won't be in pain later. It's a super smooth tablet (I'm a person that has trouble swallowing pills) so it goes down very easily! Love that it's just one pill as you're waiting for your food in a restaurant basically and makes eating out so much less stressful

A life saver when eating out !

GluteGuard is a true life saver! I love to keep a pack in my purse when eating out as a safety net from any accidental cross contamination. It helps manage and reduce my symptoms in these cases quickly if I simply take one tablet at least 15 minutes before a meal.
