Great for intolerance

This was great for my gluten intolerance. Take one before a meal and it would manage the symptoms so that I can still enjoy the things I love to eat without feeling so sick so often

Works great

I wasn’t sure how this would work. So with low expectations I took a pill and ate a slice of regular gluten containing bread which I cannot do without swelling up and being in massive pain. To my utter surprise nothing happened. I was able to eat that slice of bread and wasn’t in pain, I didn’t swell. After this I don’t purposely eat anything gluten but since when I have gone to a restaurant where cross contamination is possible I take one of these pills and am confident I will be. I have accidentally been exposed to gluten when eating out before. Now thanks to GluteGuard I don’t have to worry about needing to end my night early due to pain after eating out with friends. Thanks GluteGuards.

Parfait!!!

À chaque fois que j'étais invitée a un repas au restaurant, j'avais toujours peur des répercussions. Ballonement intensif, aller retour au toilettes, autant constiper que diarrhé. De plus je retournais chez moi toujours somnolente et en extra, c'est fameux mal de tête. Je n'aurais jamais cru que gluten gard m'aurait autant aider a maintenant être heureuse d'aller manger dans un restaurants et je pouvais manger ce que je voulais sans penser au malheur de plus tard. C'est sur que je vais garder mon régime alimentaire sain, mais je peux vous confirmer que glutegard peu vraiment améliorer une sortie occasionnel. Pas de souci maintenant pour affronté un ingestion accidentel de gluten, ou par choix ( pas pour en abuser non plus car un alimentation sain est la base mais on a tous connu des moments où accidentellement nous avions ingérer du gluten et que sa mal viré...)
Je l'amène partout avec moi maintenant!!!

Great idea in theory

In theory, this is fantastic idea. And I was so excited because I thought that I could ingest a bit of gluten what I didn’t realize was that it is For just in case you might be exposed to gluten. And to be honest, I always check diligently so taking this 15 minutes before I eat doesn’t really do much for me as I am already quite rigourous with being careful about gluten. I also have a hard time remembering to take my regular medication let alone making sure that I take a pill 15 minutes before I eat maybe accidentally ingesting gluten.

I don't recommend it, because I still have stomach issues after taking it...
It did not work for me at all.

I used this for a full month. I found that you needed to allow about 2 hrs before eating to get the full effect of it helping when you eat food off you approved list

Totally recommend

Packaging is nice and convenient. Effectiveness is OK. didn't work all the time. No taste to tablets... I would Only take if it's emergency. Would recommend!

Works great

I love having this product. It's a great safe guard to have, especially when eating at restaurants and places I'm not sure what is in the food. I will definitely be keeping these with me at all times.

Great for dining out and being prepared!

It’s incredibly difficult to avoid cross contamination when dining out these days and gluteguard is perfect to have on hand in those situations! Easy to use, easy to take and is super discreet! Love its effectiveness and would definitely recommend!

Works like a charm.

Love having glute guard pills with me when I go out. I can eat anything now. It makes a huge difference I don’t feel so heavy, cloud headed and odd tempered, it’s apparent my meals are digesting properly.
It Eases gas and bloating associated with the consumption of fibre-rich foods. Significantly Improves symptoms associated with food sensitivities, allergies, and celiac disease. I always keep glute guard pills with me all the time. I definitely recommend for those moments when you accidentally consume gluten rich food.
