It’s works!
GluteGuard isn’t a miracle pill — but it can be a useful safety net. If you’re already gluten-free and just want protection from accidental exposure (for example when eating out), it’s worth trying.
However, if you have celiac disease, it’s not a substitute for your gluten-free diet — it should only be used as extra backup.
GluteGuard review
This definitely helped me after I accidently had some gluten. It makes it feel safer knowing I can take this and eat out and not have to worry as much about getting sick
Gluten guard
I have received this product for free in exchange for my review . It worked well to alleviate the symptoms of bloating and discomfort after consuming gluten based food . It is easy to take but you have to take about half an hour before eating .
Just incase
I tried this product two separate times to give this product a fair evaluation
I took the product once 15 minutes before trying a I beleved to be a gluton free profuct of savory stir fry and was very delighted by the results. The second time I tried this product before eating cauliflower and broccoli soup and was not effected by a gluton attack
Guard yourself from surprise gluten
If you're on a gluten-free diet and you're suddenly eating out (office party, get-together, restaurant buffet) and uncertain as to gluten content, this will protect you in case of accidental exposure.
What's great is that it's one pill, taken at least 15 minutes before eating, and naturally derived from papaya skin.
Guard yourself with GluteGuard.
Good product
Eased the symptoms when I took it before any meals that may contain gluten…not hard on stomach and I would recommend to anyone who suffers from gluten intolerance or sensitivity
Gives peace of mind in a little pill
I received this item free of charge in exchange for my honest review.
This was an easy to swallow pill and light to take in my pocket or purse. It did ease my anxiety about accidental gluten ingestion and meant I could relax about possible cross contamination while dining out. I didn’t react to gluten ingestion, but I also ordered gluten-free, so I cannot be absolutely sure that there wasn’t anything happening. But it made me feel not so nervous about the possibility, so I feel like this was worth it.
works really well
I really like this product, knowing I can take one of these GlutenGuard pills when you are not sure if the product is 100% gluten free. I do watch ingredients on products some will not state on the package Gluten free but if the ingredients to not list wheat/gluten I will eat the and took one of these about 30 minutes before consuming it and had no stomach problems. I worry about cross contamination as others in the household do eat wheat products. I would highly recommend these are its nice knowing that there is a safeguard incase of cross contamination.
Didn’t work for me
I follow a gluten free diet just because gluten doesn’t agree with me and I usually have cross contamination issues when I eat out at other peoples houses and so I tried these pills on numerous occasions and I didn’t find they had any benefit. I still felt affected by eating gluten.
Glute guard
After trying it before meals that might contain traces of gluten, I noticed less bloating and discomfort compared to usual. It doesn’t replace a strict gluten-free diet, but it definitely helps ease worries about accidental gluten exposure. It’s a nice “safety net” for anyone with gluten sensitivity. Its help me a lot with my bloating after menstruation.
