Easy to Use

It's really easy to take GluteGaurd. Just take it 15 minutes before a meal. It's like an extra layer of protection when you're eating somewhere where you're not entirely sure about their cross contamination measures, like a restaurant or at a party.

Peace of mind with GluteGuard!

I used GluteGuard before dining out and before going to a wedding reception buffet. I wasn't brave enough to throw caution to wind and try non gluten free. However it did give me peace of mind and made me more confident in enjoying the gluten-free food on my plate,

Great for trying new restaurants/events

Very helpful for when you’re going out to eat with friends or eating at an event! Both times I went somewhere new with friends, I took one before eating, just in case. We visited both a Vietnamese and a sushi restaurant, and I felt significantly more confident ordering and eating out with the extra protection. Smaller places sometimes don’t know what contains gluten, the most common mistake I’ve found is the soy sauce they use, so having a backup in place while trying new places is super helpful.

I also used GluteGuard when I attended an event that had a gluten-free and vegan table but wasn’t professionally catered, so I wasn’t super confident about eating. Some of the options were vegan but not gluten-free and vice versa, without being clearly marked, which is a common issue I’ve found at events. In this case, taking one before we ate helped me enjoy my time and not stress out and lose my mind about whether every single thing little thing I was eating was 100% gluten-free without contamination.

I have a gluten sensitivity, GluteGuard does help and It really works. I have had no bloating, pain or immediate bathroom issues. Great safety precaution to have on hand. I highly recommend it!

AIDE EFFICACE À AVOIR SOUS LA MAIN

GlutenGuard est un produit efficace pour l’ingestion accidentelle de gluten pour les personnes sensibles. Il est fabriqué à partir d’une enzyme dérivée de la papaye (caricaïne).
Il est très facile à prendre, 15 minutes seulement avant un repas et on se sent bien protégé. Comme chaque comprimé est emballé séparément, il est facile à transporter partout et en tout temps.
Efficacité vérifiée par moi (inconfort occasionnel) et mon conjoint (vraiment sensible aux produits de blé en général. Pour un même repas, sans produit = mal de ventre et avec 1 comprimé avant le repas = aucun symptôme.
Résultat, produit très efficace et que nous aurons toujours sous la main.

Nice to have

It’s nice to carry Glute Guard if you can’t handle gluten. I found that it helped with the bloating. I don’t think I would use it all the time as it has some side affects I wouldn’t want to risk. It’s just a last resort type pill.

Effective Protection

I follow a gluten-free diet and this product makes me feel confident when going out to eat that I won’t experience any side effects of potential cross-contamination with gluten during that meal. It was easy to use as I could just take while ordering my food and waiting for it to be served since it only requires it to be taken 15 minutes before eating. I will keep this as a back up in my purse for when dining out.

Not as effective as I was hoping

Unfortunately I didn’t find it was terribly helpful for my gluten intolerance. First of all the fact that you have to take it before means you have to know ahead of time you might be accidentally “glutened” and that isn’t always the case. The most side effect I noticed is that it made me go to the bathroom.

Effective in emergency situations

I was given the opportunity to try out this product for free from Butterly. I follow a gluten free diet and often find that I end up with an upset stomach due to cross-contamination when going to functions or family get-togethers. I used this product each time I went to a family dinner and actually found a difference. Typically, my gluten consumption results in stomach soreness, burning, and a feeling of inflammation. When I used GluteGuard, I didn't experience any of those symptoms at all, which I'm really happy about. I honestly thought it would be a bit of a gimmick so I'm surprised it works so well. The pills are quite large and sometimes I find them difficult to swallow, but that's just a minor issue. I think this is a great thing to have on hand to prepare so you can actually enjoy get togethers without worrying so much about how you're going to feel afterwards. I know I will be using these in the future for the same reason.
