This is a life-saver while eating out!

This product has made eating out much less stressful! Before taking it, I used to frequently get stomach aches from cross contamination, but I haven't felt sick like this since I have started taking it as a preventative measure! This is a phenomenal product and I will continue to be a long-term customer!

Work if you stick to your diet!

I am very strict with my GF diet but yes, sometimes life happens. These work for me and Inwill not go anywhere without them now! I took them with me when I travelled and eating at Restaurants was success! I always order GF but as you know, sometimes life happens places cross contaminate or use regular soy sauce etc. Popping one of these before my meals significantly reduced my symptoms in half. Stomach issues were milder and didn’t last. Recommend but not an excuse to relax your diet.

I found less digestions issue's when take the glute guard. My tummy wasn't upset. It's was easy to take and made me overall feel better i am not celiac but demotics ian's it was a perfect blend

When recently going on a cruise to new countries we took this with us as a preventative measure. Having celiac disease means you always have to be weary when eating out. Digestive Issues

I struggle with digestive issues leading to cramps, bowel problems, and bloated stomach. Dining out used to make me feel very anxious. I always check ahead on the menus for safe options. I’m not celiac, but the discomfort from gluten isn’t worth the risk. I would only take this if I’m uncertain about the ingredients in a meal. For instance, during a special birthday dinner with friends, I took one, and despite my worries, I experienced no side effects. In another instance, I used it at a girlfriend’s place when appetizers were ordered from a new restaurant. I experienced no side effects. One time my daughter‘s boyfriend surprised me with some tempting baked goods that weren’t guaranteed gluten-free. Each time the pills worked. Moving forward I plan to take one whenever I’m unsure about ingredients. I keep a few pills in my purse. I have a severe gluten intolerance. Over the past month I’ve tried GluteGuard (which was sent to me for free) to help protect against accidental gluten ingestion. I find it’s been helping me feel more comfortable going to restaurants where you don’t always know how safe the food will be.

Didn't have any effect on my specific concerns

One of my symptoms is fatigue related to the reaction of gluten in my body. I did not find it did anything for that. With that said I also didn't find any harm in taking it so if you are looking to try something, I would say give it a try because worse case it does nothing for you. Maybe it will help reduce your symptoms.

I'm happy to say that I was offered this free trial thru Butterly and would have like to have had it on my recent travels.

I have used it over the past four (4) weeks anytime I have either eaten outside of my home and a few times while having the occasional cheat (it's a constant learning process!).

It stopped the extreme bloating and constipation which occurs when I accidentally digest gluten! I just bought a 30 pack from Amazon to have on hand going forwards.

Peace of mind when eating out

I'm gluten-sensitive, and I strictly avoid gluten in my diet. However, if I'm at a restaurant, for example, I can't control the cooking environment, regardless of ordering a gluten-free dish.

I find this product works fairly well to minimize my specific gluten reactions, so long as I follow the directions :). The pills are fairly large for me, though, so I can sometimes struggle to swallow them.

Overall, I like that they give me peace of mind if I eat somewhere outside of my controlled kitchen environment.
