Great support for a gluten-free diet!

This Gluteguard supplement is geared for those on a gluten-free diet, to help with those tricky times where you might expect gluten exposure or cross-contamination - you just take a tablet 15 mins before eating/drinking.

Its papaya-derived enzyme helps breaks down gluten proteins, to reduce symptom severity in gluten-sensitive folks (NOT for Celiacs!).

I tried it for a few weeks, eating repeat meals with and without taking the supplement, and the times I took it, my bloating was reduced quite a bit! Great to have on hand so you can feel a little more at ease when eating out with friends and enjoy travel.

Nice to have

I took it probably closer to when I ate so not sure if that changed how effective it was. I noticed it helped the first couple of times. Other times I still felt quite uncomfortable depending on what I was eating. I have a gluten sensitivity so still need to be careful. Nice to have if you can’t avoid gluten when eating out.

If you accidently have gluten or unaware if gluten is in your food. Use the gluteguard!! It is a life changer. I would definitely recommend for those that suffer with this condition.

It was so effective, I didn't think it would help with my gluten allergies but it works! I recommend it to anyone who might be skeptical at first, because I was the same!

Finally !!

I suffer from a gluten intolerance and I go out with a couple of friends once a week for lunch or supper anyways, I read the directions and did exactly what I was told to do. I am so happy that someone finally found something that helps people getting through a meal hoping that I don’t all of a sudden get sick. This is a definite five stars.

Stress free restaurant experience

These symptoms can be extremely painful and dangerous because I am a suffer of coeliac disease. This makes me totally intolerable for me. I follow a wheat free diet, however, sometimes when eating out there are cross-contamination’s or miscommunications and wheat inevitably sometimes ends up in my food.
GluteGuard® contains caricain, an enzyme derived naturally from the skin of the unripe papaya fruit and helps protect against the effects of gluten. I don’t know of any other type of enzyme or supplement that does this. In the past, I have been gluten at restaurants and now I just don’t take the chance. When I want to enjoy eating out, I will just simply take one Gluteguard tablet and I know that if there is some cross-contamination, it will save me from the side effects.
I love this product as I love being social and eating out and I can do so now worry free.
