Feeling Confident for a Restaurant Meal

With using Gluten Card I am now confident eating out at a restaurant. When taken in advance I have remained symptom free while enjoying meals out with friends and family. I keep it in my purse for quick easy on the go access and to have on hand to share with my other gluten sensitive friends. It is a wonderful product that seems to actually work. I did receive this product free in exchange for my honest opinion.

Did not work

I took it 15 minutes before a meal. It did not work. I still had symptoms from gluten. I also don’t see the point of taking something in case I possibly might ingest gluten if it does not protect you from an eating a meal with gluten. It’s also not worth taking something every day 15 minutes before a meal, “just in case”. If it was something that could “break down” the gluten before eating gluten, like Lactaid does. That would be worth the purchase. At least I would get to eat something I like without worrying about the side effects of eating gluten.

GluteGuard is AWESOME!

I have used GluteGuard a several times now. I really enjoy being able to protect myself from accidental ingestion of gluten. I have had no side effects like bloating, indigestion or diarrhea. I will be making it part of my routine now.

A little relief when out

I was making shrimp for the family hubby bought ones by accident that had gluten so I made my own for me. I was so careful separate pans separate spatula and it happened I flipped the shrimp and wasn't sure if I accidentally used the wrong spatula and cross contaminated myself so I took my pill before eating. I had no reaction so either it worked or I didnt cross contaminate the food but the thought of having this pill for just in case moments is reassuring. I have used it multiple times with no side affects to gluten and I have severe celiac I am going to use it at our company potluck for things that may have gotten cross contaminated. I always follow my diet very strictly so I have told my friends this is not a free pass and not sure if it works or I have been lucky but I will continue to use Glute gaurd for food out of my house for just in case moments.

Helps ease symptoms

Good so far. The first one I've tried.
There is no cure for celiac- or maybe there is but the Big Corps won't tell us. But this is a good preventative measure to lessen the symptoms.
The only downside I see is that it contains 'talc' as a listed ingredient.

Don't have to be scared to eat at restaurants agai

I highly recommend this product if you are gluten-free. I have celiac disease and this worked for me, I got to eat a gluten free pizza and didn't have any side effects for the cross contamination. Love trying this product, now I will be purchasing and keeping in my purse for any resturant outting with my family.

Peace of Mind when eating out !

When living a gluten free lifestyle we all know the struggle is real when dining out. I’ve been eating gluten free for 20 plus years. I love dining out but it always stresses me out. Even though I order from the Gluten Free Menu I am always scared of ingesting gluten. I’ve been using this a lot over the past few months and I haven’t had any symptoms of gluten ingesting! Thank you to Butterly & GluteGuard for gifting me these in exchange for my honest opinion. It honestly puts my mind at ease! It’s so simple to use. I take one pill 15-20 minutes before I eat. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not a free pass to eat gluten! Simply a peace of mind when eating out. Less worry equals more date nights (worry free!)

Not sure what it does

I've taken the pills before pizza and bread consumption and I'm not sure what effect it has. I can't tell if it helps or not or if its just the routine gluten reactions. The pill is on the larger side so anyone with issues swallowing pills might have a problem with these.
