I got to try Halifax Honey's Stingin’ Hot Honey – ZOMBEE Edition 2.0 through the Butterly Product Review Club in exchange for my honest opinion. My whole family loved the heat this hot honey brings to your favourite foods. This hot honey is made with only 2 ingredients-raw honey infused with pickled chilies. It is great drizzled on pizza, a deli sandwich, added to a charcuterie board or with fried chicken. I will definitely buy this Canadian made product again!

Sweet, Spicy, Unstoppably Versatile

I recently tried the hot honey from Halifax Honey Company and I really enjoyed it. The flavor starts off sweet and smooth and then you get a nice warm spicy kick after, which makes it really interesting. I tried drizzling it on Kunafa and I was surprised how good it tasted with a sweet dessert, the sweet and heat combination actually worked really well. I also tried it on chicken and it added such a nice flavor, giving it that perfect mix of sweet, savory, and a little spicy. What I like about it is how versatile it is because you can use it on both sweet and savory foods and it instantly makes the dish more exciting. It’s definitely something fun to keep in the kitchen if you like trying different flavor combinations. 🍯🔥

Super hot natural honey

Wow! This honey is super hot and I love spicy meets sweet. This hot honey is a game changer. I like to pour it over pizza, on pizza and any food that needs a bit of kick. I love the versatility. I didn't even know hot honey was a thing till now. I highly recommend it. Also I love that the ingredients are simple and easy to read. Nothing artificial and no perservatives. Just real canadian raw honey and chili delight.

Best of both worlds

I know you have seen hot honey making its way through every cuisine imaginable and this specific one really does add its own unique twist. With smoky chili flavours twisted throughout the natural raw sweet taste of pure honey you truly do get the best of both worlds, sweet and spicy. Honey with hot chilli 🌶

I loved this hot honey with infused chilli 🌶 flavor. I have poured it on my breakfast sandwich and it tasted yummy. I will also try it with jacket potato and chicken wings.

Fire-mouth hot honey

I was reminded of my low spice tolerance with this HOT honey! I used as a drizzle to kick up my teriyaki chicken, and it kicked hard! The heat is on the forefront of this hot honey - and living up to the expectation of tastefully hot. The drizzle is smooth and a dark honey colour, full of heat!

Ouufff this is honey is HOT

Ouuuuuf this hot honey is HOT. If other hot honeys aren't hot enough for you - this is the one you need to try cause it's got some KICK. At first you get that sweetness from the honey and then after a few seconds you get the kick of heat - BAM it'll get ya!

This is 10/10 and more, I plan my meals around being able to use this hot honey although I genuinely believe it goes on everything perfectly! I’ve never tasted anything with such a balance of flavour and spice and the fact its Canadian, that tops it for me!

Stingin’ Hot Honey – ZOMBEE Edition

This sauce didn't work for us; it caused an allergic reaction in my husband and me. We had never encountered anything like this before, and it really upset us.
