It helps with my dandruff without me having to worry about it! it keeps my scalp and hair extra healthy! i love the smell too!

I have dry and frizzy hair and I also use a lot of product to help tame it. I bought this shampoo hoping that it would help with the product build up on my scalp and help add some moisture as well. I was pleasantly surprised, it did help with the scalp (which I knew it should from past experience with Head and Shouldars) but it also helped add some moisture back to my hair. It wasn't a WOW, but it make my hair feel stripped and it felt slightly softer after using it, which is good for my hair.

I LOVE Head & Shoulders because it makes my sensitive scalp flake-free and healthy feeling. I have very frizzy hair though and the Smooth & Silky part didn't work for me.

head and shoulders really works for your dandruff and it makes your hair silky too. Atleast it did that for me and i loved it.
