This is an amazing horseradish. It is so spicy it is really great on sandwiches and for making seafood sauce that is to die for. It is really hot though so you only need a little. I add it to soups and my mac salad and it tastes like KFC mac salad. It is the secret ingredient, it has bite. It is great for so many recipes.
