First for the record, I love Jo Malone's line of fragrances. So when they finally came out with the home candle, against my better judgement, I paid $70 for it. Took it home and waited for my house to smell of Blackberry and Bay. Needless to say - unless I had my nose right in the candle - I couldn't smell much of anything. Even after blowing it out, I tried to see if that would work - no dice. I will continue to use Jo's fragrance and oils - but the candle went back and I got my $70 bucks back. I was quite disappointed because up until then, I loved every product in her line. Go to Yankee Candle or Scentsy if you want a nice fragrance - save yourself $60! When I returned it, the salesperson stated that she had heard the same thing from other people about that certain scent of candle. Maybe the formula wasn't ready for primetime?
