It's a great shampoo when you have really been out and wild. I used the shampoo when I had extreme sun exposure and went out for adventures. Worked really well. It smoothened my hair and regained the softness. Be sure to travel with this. #gotitfree

Smells great, but nothing special

I tried a sample of Joico Defy Damage Shampoo for free, in exchange for my honest opinion. When it comes to shampoos, it’s nothing overly special. It smells nice, but whether it actually does anything to protect my hair from damage isn’t overly apparent. I have tried other Joico shampoos in the past that seem to leave my hair softer, however it leaves my hair feeling clean and smelling great. It really seems to fall short in comparison to the other products in the Defy Damage line though. I’d be willing to use it again but am in no rush to go and buy it.

The first time I used this shampoo it left my hair looking very clean and definitely a lot smoother. My hair was a lot shinier and overall healthier which is great since I have very dry ends.

For hair that you don't want color fading on treated hair, Joico Defy Damage Protective Shampoo is where it's at! I wash my hair pretty regularly so it's important for me to have a shampoo where my hair dye doesn't fade away or break off.

Good shampoo

The shampoo feels really nice and will give your hair salon quality. It is moisturizing and makes your hair really soft, shiny afterwards. The smell is also really nice

Amazing shampoo!!

I absolutely love this shampoo, it’s consistency is perfect and isn’t oily at all!! I would recommend using a fair amount as it does an average job at lathering up. It has a great fresh scent! And when used the the conditioner it does leave the lasting scent in your hair. I would totally recommend it and I’m definitely going to purchase this in full size as I got a travel size for free from chick advisor!

Shampooing à utiliser occasionnellement

J’ai les cheveux secs, j’ai l’habitude de shampoing hydratants. Je l’ai utilisé pendant 3 lavages consécutifs. Mes cheveux étaient plus lourds, devenaient gras rapidement. L’odeur est très agréable, je crois que je l’utiliserais suite à des traitements de décoloration mais pas pour mon quotidien !

Defy Damage...Not Bad...

I found Defy Damage left my hair rather weighty and flat and I need all the body I can get. I didn't buy the conditioner as was my plan but now I don't know that I want to invest if the shampoo wasn't what I'd expected.
