Just a recently diagnosed diabetic and having to now eat breakfast in the morning my doctor suggested this cereal. I was surprised at how filling it was! I would have liked a little bit more taste to it.

This was my staple when I was trying to lose weight. It tastes good and keeps you full for longer.

I like both the GoLean and the GoLean Crunch versions - my favorite ways to eat cereal is with yogurt topped with fruit or as a snack (better for you than cookies)! Yummy!

This is such a tasty and crunchy cereal. It is high in protein which is a bonus. I usually only buy it when it's on sale though.

Love this cereal! Just wish that it wasn't so expensive. But getting it on sale and with coupons is worth it!

I received a sample of this from Kashi, and I was really impressed. It tasted absolutely delicious - it had a nice crunch, and wasn't too sweet. It wasn't as filling as other cereals, but it's definitely still worth purchasing!

i should hope that by paying a bit more for this brand of cereal, that there are better ingredients...and there are! and the best part, is that it still tastes great, and not overly sweet! nice crunch too! i didnt find it more filling than other cereals though

DELICIOUS cereal! I love the taste and amazing crunch of this stuff. Only thing is it's SO expensive :(

The Kashi cereal is a bit expensive (in comparison to other cereal brands), but it has a great taste to it - as well as other great health benefits. I thoroughly enjoy the cereal and I am willing to pay the extra.

Kashi cereal tends to be a little pricier than other brands but is well worth it in quality. I have tried many different varieties of GoLean and have loved them all. This product is much healthier than other cereals but does not compromise on taste. My number one choice for a healthy breakfast cereal!
